The e-mail is confidential and may be subject to legal or other professional privilege. Any confidentiality or privilege is not waived or lost if the email was sent to you by mistake. If you have received this email in error, please let MVLC® know by reply email, and delete the e-mail from your computer, server, back-ups and e-mail hoster, and destroy any copies.

The email is also subject to copyright. No part of it should be reproduced, adapted or communicated without written consent of the copyright owner. Any personal information in this email must be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). The information in it and its attachments may not be used or disclosed except for the purpose for which it was sent.
MVLC® gives no warranties or guarantees regarding the successful transmission and replication of the email or that the email is unaffected by computer virus, corruption or other defects. Please contact MVLC® immediately if you have any doubts about the authenticity of the email.

  • If we receive any bank details from you, we will contact you (or ask you to attend our office) to confirm the details we hold are correct.
  • If you have been provided with bank details in this email, please contact our office by dialing our full telephone number (never clicking on links) or when attending our office in person, in order to confirm those details.  We refer to our hard-copy costs agreement or tax invoice received either in person from us or by post (if you are reliably convinced that we posted it to you) to make sure the details match before you make any transfer.  We never change our bank account details!
