- If we receive any bank details from you, we will contact you (or ask you to attend our office) to confirm the details we hold are correct.
- If you have been provided with bank details in this email, please contact our office by dialing our full telephone number (never clicking on links) or when attending our office in person, in order to confirm those details. We refer to our hard-copy costs agreement or tax invoice received either in person from us or by post (if you are reliably convinced that we posted it to you) to make sure the details match before you make any transfer. We never change our bank account details!
